Olufemi O Blaize

A legal practitioner with over 25 years post qualification experience, Mr. Blaize started his career as a solicitor with one of the foremost law firms in Nigeria, Chief F.R.A. Williams’ Chambers where he was exposed to various aspects of corporate practice regarding company formation and allied matters, legal documentation and due diligence, foreign investment proposals and obtaining requisite investment approvals, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, infrastructure/PPPs and intellectual property.

Mr. Blaize has been on the board of various companies in the past and is currently sits on the boards of Caxton House Property Limited, Innovative Services and Investment Limited, Wewox construction limited (A Nigerian Company engaged in the business of road construction and medium income homes) and De Real People Finance Limited. Mr. Blaize has attended a couple of courses in management and arbitration including Harvard University’s programme on Finance and Enterprise Development. He is also a director of Bodyline Fitness & Gym Limited .
